Laju8 Terms and Conditions – Complete User Platform Guide

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the laju8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a legally capable individual able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gaming activities.
• Never previously suspended or permanently banned from the laju8 platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. laju8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account at laju8. Attempting to open additional accounts to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other unauthorised purpose is a serious violation of these terms. laju8 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit existing balances without compensation.

2. Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Laju8 accepts a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within seconds of a successful payment.
• Laju8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made using supported payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 working hours upon completion of identity verification.
• Laju8 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawal requests for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Withdrawals involving a bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically declined.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

Laju8 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all laju8 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. One claim per person, IP address, device, or household is permitted.
• Laju8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated wins if wagering requirements are found to have been met through illegitimate means, including the use of low-risk betting strategies that contradict the spirit of the promotion.
• The validity period for each bonus is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without any prior notice.
• Laju8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently active.

4. Game Rules

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• The use of automation software, bots, third-party tools, or any means that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or display errors are invalid and may be withheld from payout.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, laju8 will restore the bet amount to the member's account based on system records. laju8's decision in such matters is final.

5. Security & Privacy

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laju8 account password and login information.
• Do not share your account information with anyone, including family members. laju8 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the laju8 support team immediately to have your account frozen.
• Accessing your laju8 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network is done entirely at your own risk.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Laju8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity involving the account.
• Holding more than one active account simultaneously.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the laju8 system.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards laju8 support staff.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the laju8 support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, laju8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If the violation is proven, the balance in question may be fully forfeited.

7. Liability Limits

Laju8 strives to maintain platform uptime 24/7 at 99.9%. However, there are certain limitations to laju8's liability that every member should be aware of:

• Laju8 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, user device failures, or power outages on the member's end.
• Laju8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the preceding 12 months.
• Laju8 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential losses incurred by members.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect display of results or balances, laju8 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the affected account to its accurate value.

8. Responsible Gaming
